Eligibility for Refunds

Training and Workshops
- Refunds are available for cancellations made at least 7 days prior to the start of the session.
- No refunds will be issued for cancellations made less than 7 days before the session.

Subscription-Based Services
- Refunds are provided if a cancellation request is made within 14 days of the subscription start date, provided no significant use of the services has occurred.
- After 14 days, no refunds will be granted.

Marketplace Promotions and Listings
- Refunds are applicable if a request is made within 7 days of payment and if the promotional content or listing has not been published.
- No refunds will be issued once the promotion or listing has been activated.
Non-Refundable Items and Services
- Any customized services or consultations already provided.
- Digital products that have been downloaded or accessed.
- Partial use of bundled services or packages.
